Established in 1986 in Riverview FL, Boyette Springs is named for its many natural springs and ponds that abound throughout the community. 

The Boyette Springs community offers families a quiet, safe environmentally friendly lifestyle. Many homes offer pond and conservation views of Bell Creek Preserve, a designated conservation area

Boyette Springs also features the Boyette Springs County Park, with pavilion, playground, basketball court and baseball field. Also the Bell Creek Nature Preserve borders the west and south side of our neighborhood.  In addition to the local park, we are minutes away from Lithia Springs Park, Stephen J Wortham Park and Aldermans Ford park.

Situated in the heart of our community is the highly rate Boyette Springs Elementary School (Grade k-5).  Around the peripheral of our community is Valrico Academy (Grade K-8), Bell Creek Academy (Grades 9-12) and St. Stephens Catholic School (Pre K -8) and within 2-4 miles are Stowers Elementary and Rogers, Randall and Barrington Middle Schools and Riverview and Newsome High Schools.
