Exterior Changes to Your Home
The HOA does NOT require approval for you to make any changes to the exterior of your home such as painting, roof, fencing, etc. Homeowners are still responsible for making sure their changes meet Hillsborough County Codes
Dues for 2021-2025 are waived
Association dues are now a voluntary donation.
Estoppels
Please see the estoppel page here. Estoppels are not required, there are no fees due. Dues became voluntary in 2020 and beyond. Please check carefully to ensure the lot in question is encumbered in the association.
